Soup menu for January 2011:

Thursday, January 6th
Gypsy Soup: sweet potatoes, peppers, onions, garbanzo beans.

Thursday, January 13th
French Onion Soup: onions, onions, onions!

Thursday, January 20th
Minestrone: leeks, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes.

Thursday, January 27th
Brazilian Black Bean: black beans, carrots, onions, oranges.

Bread, Hummus, Salad dressing and Granola will be available every week.
