This week has been terribly rainy... but you know what they say: April showers bring May flowers.

This week I will be cooking a vibrant, colorful soup: Carrot - Ginger with basmati rice, coriander, garlic,

and orange juice.

This week I made CORN CHOWDER: corn, potatoes, red peppers, carrots and much, much more!

I also made bread.
